If you can’t wait to get your hands on one of our gorgeous wedding dresses or if you fancy having a nosey at the gowns that are gracing the rails, you’ll need to book an appointment with us! Our private styling sessions are available from Wednesday to Sunday, 9.00am – 5.30pm. The JJB studio will be exclusively yours so that can you try on the gowns while enjoying our 1:1 styling service. You can book your bridal shop appointment online, but drop us a message if you require a different time and we’ll be sure to get you all booked in.

Our 1:1 styling sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes or 90 minutes – it’s your choice ladies! During your private appointment, we’ll have a chat about your desired style and fit – as well as deets about the big day! Then it’s for the fun part; trying on the dresses! If you find you need extra time, we can book a follow-up appointment at the studio.

Have no fear ladies, we’ve written a whole blog post about how you can prepare for your bridal appointment but long story short; please wear minimal fake tan so that it doesn’t transfer to our gorgeous dresses. We also recommend donning a pair of pants that don’t dig in. You can ditch the bra as all of our wedding dresses are cupped with great structure, so you won’t need one anyway. We also give our brides Spanx to put on when you’re getting changed so that you’re wedding dress-ready!

Gals, we love a party as much as the next person but bringing too many people along to your appointment can quickly become overwhelming and stressful. We advise bringing no more than four of your nearest and dearest to the appointment. Your wedding dress shopping experience is about you!

We stock Aura Bridalwear for headpieces and headbands, and also have a selection of stunning veils, capes and wings from XO Flo Design. You’ll also find an exclusive range of handmade veils and jewellery from Deborah K Design – don’t say we don’t spoil you!

While we don’t offer in-house alterations, we’ve got some amazing talented seamstresses at our fingertips who can help with any final adjustments to your dress. Let us know if you need any recommendations and we’ll be sure to help!

If you’ve found your dream wedding dress at JJB, we’ll require a 50% deposit upon ordering and the remaining 50% two weeks prior to collection. Then you’re ready to walk down the aisle, eeek!

Our gowns and accessories are handmade and ordered especially for you, so unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.
