Stay True to your Style
Your wedding day is an excuse to go all out with fashion, but make sure you still feel like you. We always encourage our brides to stay true to their style – you don’t want to look back at your wedding photographs and cringe. Choose accessories that you instantly fall in love with and don’t feel you have to choose a pair of earrings because you think your mother in law would like them.
Find the Dress First
Choose your wedding dress before you start thinking about your accessories. While this may sound obvious, you don’t want to have to match your gown to your accessories, it should be the other way around. Shoe Envy
Pick out a pair of wow-factor wedding shoes and don’t feel you have to stick to a traditional pair of white bridal shoes. Have some fun with your footwear and choose a style that reflect your personality, whether they’re super glam and glittery or a colour-popping pink.
Consider your Hairstyle
Your choice of hairstyle will affect the accessories you choose so make sure you know how you want to wear your hair on your wedding day. For instance, if you’re rocking a romantic up-do you could wear a pair of chandelier earrings. For brides who are wearing loose curls, a hair vine will be the perfect choice. Stick to one or two statement pieces to make a real impact. Accessories can transform a bridal look and add a unique touch, but too many pieces of jewellery etc can be distracting.
